About the Delta Dental Patient Direct Provider Network

You may select any Delta Dental Patient Direct dentist for any service and each family member may select a different Delta Dental Patient Direct dentist. Delta Dental Patient Direct discounts apply only when services are received from a participating provider in the State of New Mexico.

A hard copy of the statewide Delta Dental Patient Direct Network Directory is provided with enrollment materials or by calling Delta Dental of New Mexico at (505) 883•4777 or (800) 999•0963. A list of participating dentists is also provided when the Delta Dental Patient Direct ID card is sent to a new enrollee.

The Delta Dental Patient Direct Network includes dentists in most areas of the state. Check the list of participating dentists to find the most conveniently-located participating dentists.
