Response to COVID-19

Delta Dental of New Mexico (DDNM) would like to share some updates regarding our response to the COVID-19 pandemic. Delta Dental of New Mexico is actively monitoring the COVID-19 pandemic and its impact on the communities we serve. The health, safety and smiles of our members, providers, brokers, and employees remains our top priority. Changes in the workplace have been implemented that allow all except a few essential employees to work from home and ensures that business will continue as usual and we remain fully operational at present time.


Customer service representatives will be available by phone from 8am – 4:30pm MST, Monday through Friday and automated services will continue to be available 24/7.

 

Service and Support

  • Members: Use the Member Portal for 24/7 access to information about your benefits, eligibility, and more. You can reach Customer Service by sending an email to customerservice@deltadentalnm.com. Team members will respond to emails during regular business hours (M-F, 8:00am – 4:30pm MT).
  • Group Plan Administrators: Use the Benefit Manager Toolkit for 24/7 access to information about your group plan, employee eligibility, and more. You can reach Group Administration by sending an email to groupadmin@deltadentalnm.com. Team members will respond to emails during regular business hours (M-F, 8:00am – 4:30pm MT). You can also reach out directly to your Account Manager.
  • Brokers: Please contact your Sales team member and/or Account Manager directly. You can also send an email to sales@deltadentalnm.com. Team members will respond to emails during regular business hours (M-F, 8:00am – 4:30pm MT).
  • Providers: Use the Dental Office Toolkit for 24/7 access to patient eligibility, online claim submission, and more. The processing of paper claims will be delayed during the office closure.
