Response to Coronavirus Developments

Delta Dental of New Mexico (DDNM) would like to share some updates regarding our response to coronavirus and COVID-19. During this trying time, we are taking measures to ensure the safety of our employees while still serving our members, customers, brokers, and providers. Our office will be closed temporarily, and our employees will work remotely to continue serving you.

Office Closure

To reduce the risk of exposure to the novel coronavirus and ensure the safety of our employees, the DDNM office will be closed from Thursday, March 19, through at least Friday, June 26. During this time, the processing of paper claims will be delayed, and our Customer Service team will not be available to take phone calls.

Service and Support during Office Closure

  • Members: We recommend using Consumer Toolkit for 24/7 access to information about your benefits, eligibility, and more. You can reach Customer Service by sending an email to customerservice@deltadentalnm.com. Team members will respond to emails during regular business hours (M-F, 8:00am – 4:30pm MT).
  • Group Plan Administrators: We recommend using Benefit Manager Toolkit for 24/7 access to information about your group plan, employee eligibility, and more. You can reach Group Administration by sending an email to groupadmin@deltadentalnm.com. Team members will respond to emails during regular business hours (M-F, 8:00am – 4:30pm MT). You can also reach out directly to your Account Manager.
  • Brokers: Please contact your Sales team member and/or Account Manager directly. You can also send an email to sales@deltadentalnm.com. Team members will respond to emails during regular business hours (M-F, 8:00am – 4:30pm MT).
  • Providers: We recommend using Dental Office Toolkit for 24/7 access to patient eligibility, online claim submission, and more. The processing of paper claims will be delayed during the office closure.
