Delta Dental of New Mexico is also a federal contractor or subcontractor subject to: Executive Order 11246 (“E.O. 11246”); Section 503 of the Rehabilitation Act (“Section 503”); and Section 4212 of the Vietnam Era Veteran’s Readjustment Assistance Act (“Section 4212”).
