FAQs about the new Member Portal


If I currently have an account in Consumer Toolkit, will I be able to log in to Member Portal with the same credentials?​
  • Yes, your username and password for Consumer Toolkit will work for Member Portal. Upon logging in, we will ask you to update your security questions, phone number and email address. This information will ensure you are able to access your account in the future if you forget your username or password.
 
Is Consumer Toolkit going away?
  • Yes, Member Portal is replacing Consumer Toolkit. However, you will be able to find all the same information and perform the same activities in the new Member Portal.
 
How will I navigate Member Portal?
  • View the how-to video tutorials that guide you through key activities like viewing coverage, searching for a claim and finding a provider.
 
Can I access Member Portal on my phone or tablet?
  • Yes, the new Member Portal is specifically designed for use on mobile devices. You can access all the information you need via mobile menus and screens that have been designed with the user experience as a priority.
